Notwithstanding any other provision in the Conditions, nothing herein shall limit your rights as a consumer under English law.

Please note that any and all Free Gifts provided by Pilies are subject to availability and may change or be ended at any time.

Any discounts being used must be applied prior to placing an order and cannot be applied or refunded after the order has been placed.

COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Many of our competitions are run on Facebook but these rules will be deemed to apply to all competitions, where relevant.

• We always have the intention to run our competitions as fairly as possible. We draw winners at random selected from those who enter.
• NO monetary alternative will be available.
• Pilies reserve the right to change, amend or withdraw offers at any time.
• If, upon the day of competition draw, our staffing situation changes we retain the right to draw within a week of the closing date.
• Please be aware, only those aged 18 years and over are eligible to enter our competitions.
• If we can’t get hold of the winner within 5 days, the prize will be drawn again and given to the next randomly selected winner. We will try to direct message the winner, then tag in a post but we are aware that some social media privacy settings can block communication.
• If it is a prize that can be posted, we will. If it is for an experience onsite, or special event – we will only offer this and it is up to the customer to arrange travel.  If it can’t be used within a reasonable timeframe as specified by Pilies it will be invalid. No monetary vouchers or alternative will be offered.
• The voucher or winnings are website specific. For example, they can only be redeemed from the website or physical shop / department in which it was offered.
• Care should be taken around children’s products. Some products are not suitable for certain age ranges.
• No details will be passed to any 3rd parties, except for the specific purpose of sending items.
• The winners selected must meet the competition requirements to have liked the post, liked the page & tagged in someone they know on Facebook, or whichever terms have been specified in the competition itself.
